Our vision is to create a world where the spirit of adventure and compassion lives on, inspiring and empowering individuals to connect with nature and make a meaningful difference in their communities. We envision a future where the joys of the outdoors are accessible to all, and where every child can experience the wonder and excitement that Julia cherished, in a world aware and protected against the threats of mosquito borne illnesses like Eastern Equine Encephalitis (EEE).
Mission Statement of The Julia Grace Foundation
The Julia Grace Foundation is dedicated to honoring Julia's legacy through initiatives that promote outdoor activities, environmental stewardship, and community service. Our mission is to foster a love for nature in children and young adults, provide support to those in need, and raise awareness about mosquito-borne viruses. We aim to achieve this by partnering with organizations that resonate with Julia's passions, supporting educational programs, and creating platforms to spread awareness and safety measures against EEE and similar diseases. Through our work, we strive to keep Julia's adventurous spirit and compassionate soul alive, making a lasting impact in the lives of others.

About The Julia Grace Foundation
The Julia Grace Foundation was inspired by the adventurous spirit and generous heart of Julia Grace Ashworth, a vibrant young soul who cherished the outdoors. Her love for nature knew no bounds – she was always eager to explore, hunt, fish, camp, and play, regardless of the weather. Julia's adventurous spirit shone brightest when she was shed hunting at the camp or playing in creeks and swimming.
Julia's empathy for others was profound. She often felt saddened when she saw peers in need and was always driven to help. This compassionate, fearless, and adventurous spirit defined Julia, who tragically passed away at the age of seven due to Eastern Equine Encephalitis (EEE).
Inspired by the enduring spirit of Julia Grace and the profound impact of her loss, The Julia Grace Foundation was established to perpetuate her legacy of kindness and her profound connection to the outdoors. Our path forward is illuminated by significant collaborations and initiatives in her honor.
